IJCC signs agreement with EU Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation
The IJCC is delighted to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-Operation.
Established in 1987, the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is a venture between the European Commission and the Japanese Government. The mission of the EU-Japan Centre is to enhance all forms of industrial, trade and investment cooperation between Japan and the EU, and to strengthen the technological capabilities and the competitiveness of the European and Japanese industrial systems.
The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) sets the framework for the IJCC and the EUJCIC to collaborate on events, information sharing and joint initiatives. The IJCC believes this will help strengthen the ties between Ireland, the EU and Japan. And will also benefit many of our members.

- Mr. Pat Ryan, IJCC Vice President
- Mr. Rory Conaty, Economic Counsellor at the Embassy of Ireland
- Mr. Neil Cooney, Japan Director at Enterprise Ireland
- Mr. Robert Nestor, Marketing Executive at IDA Ireland
