**As a way to shine a light on the global gender pay gap, the IJCC Board are offering a membership discount equivalent to the gender pay gap of the country of membership. The June 2023 World Economic Forum in the Global Gender Gap Report, reports Japan faces a 35% disparity between men and women, Ireland comes in at a 21% disparity.
The discount is offered to all women.
The discount is on Individual membership pricing in alignment with the gender pay gap as reported in the World Economic Forum Global Gender Gap Report 2023 (Japan: 35% Ireland: 21%).
