"Third Thursday" is a night of networking and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere at one of Tokyo's renowned Irish pubs. As always, we will be running our popular "meishi draw" raffle, so don't forget your business cards to be in for a chance to win some fantastic prizes from our sponsors!*

IJCC Member Event: Tokyo Comedy Bar - Intro to Stand-Up
On 1st August IJCC Irish Pub Member, Tokyo Comedy Bar will hold a 3.5-hour "Introduction to Stand-Up" workshop led by comedian BJ Fox.
Designed for newcomers, it includes exercises, games, and stage time to help participants write material and perform.
Conducted in English, it’s open to Japanese participants too. Located near Shibuya Station, the bar hosts regular workshops - check their website for details.

IJCC NPO Member Seibo Japan is hosting a special 10th anniversary event, “Friday in Malawi,” on September 25, 2026 at the Salesforce Ohana Floor.
The evening combines drinks with skyline views, relaxed after-work networking and a unique blend of Malawian atmosphere and cosmopolitan Tokyo energy. Guests can expect a fun, immersive setting designed for connection and conversation.
Seibo Japan, a nonprofit supporting school feeding programs in Malawi, is celebrating 10 years of impact while bringing people together for an evening that feels both meaningful and social."
