Joint Chamber Active Afterwork with the SCCIJ and CCCJ

Join the IJCC together with our partners at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan (CCCJ) and Swiss Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SCCIJ), for a unique evening of networking and sports activities at Hilton Tokyo.

Whether you are looking to expand your professional network, discover a new sport, or simply enjoy a relaxed evening with fellow professionals, this event offers the perfect combination of activity and networking.

The evening begins with an optional 80-minute Tennis or Pickleball Session, led by professional coaches at Hilton Tokyo.

The sessions are designed for all levels – from complete beginners to experienced players – making this a great opportunity to try something new or improve your skills in a friendly environment.

Following the sports activities, all participants will gather at Hilton Tokyo’s Beer Garden for a networking afterwork, where you can enjoy an Australian Special Platter and two hours of free-flow drinks while connecting with members and guests from the three chambers.

Participants may choose between three options:

1. Tennis + Networking
2. Pickleball + Networking
3. Networking Only
   Places for the Tennis and Pickleball sessions are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If weather conditions do not permit the outdoor sports activities, the Tennis and Pickleball sessions will be cancelled. The networking reception will still take place indoors at Hilton Tokyo as scheduled.
