Our friends at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry Japan (SCCIJ) are having a luncheon event called “Free from Impressions & Persistent Emotions: An Encounter with Yourself”.

This event will be held on Monday, 15^th November 2021 at 12:00 pm JST.

In Spring 2021, the SCCIJ decided to make a donation in order to raise awareness for mental health issues. One of the two causes chosen is Tokyo Mental Health Square, a Japanese NPO providing counseling and mental support by phone, online, chat, SNS, and face-to-face. Mr. Tamai supports the NPO as a counselor.

In life, we encounter many things, some we can change, others we have to accept as changing them is beyond our power. Everyone has their own ways of thinking and believing, and are often unable to free themselves from their own mind and attitude. Knowing and taking good care of oneself is a crucial step towards self-acceptance. In his speech, Mr. Tamai will introduce clues on how one can be aware of one’s own way of thinking and feeling and on how to proceed to make meaningful changes in one’s life.

• Your “Tokyo Vaction” vaccination validation screen on your smartphone (to be obtained via this website)
• A physical copy or picture of your vaccination certificate (“Record of Vaccination for COVID-19”, 新型コロナワクチン接種記録書)

If you are not able to provide a proof of vaccination, please contact us at info [at] sccij.jp so that a safe setting can be arranged. Kindly be noted that the current sanitary measures (masks, social distancing, hand disinfection, etc.) remain in place for the time being.
