☔ In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to an indoor location.

IJCC Cancellation Policy

You will recieve an invoice shortly after registering which you must pay before the deadline given above.Your registration will not be considered complete until you have completed your payment.

Those that do not complete their payment before the above deadline will have their reservation automatically cancelled and their ticket reassigned to those on the waiting list. Please contact us at secretariat@ijcc.jp if you are having trouble completing the payment before the given deadline.
If you are unable to attend on short notice, you can transfer your purchased ticket to another individual to attend in your place, provided you contact the IJCC in advance.

Also note that cancellations made after the given deadline are not legible for refunds.
