Event Report: CLIC Joint Networking and Seminar with Godiva Japan

On 9 April, the IJCC took part in the 15th edition of our CLIC series of joint chamber networking events.

CLIC is a loose organization of 12 smaller European Chambers of Commerce in Japan*, created to organize innovative networking events that promote the exchange of ideas between members.

This edition was hosted at the luxurious Godiva Café in Futakotamagawa, and welcomed Godiva Japan COO Shinya Kushiyama as our speaker for the evening. Mr. Kushiyama delivered an deeply informative talk on the company's unique approach to the Japanese market, and the various strategies that have upheld Godiva's success in Japan.

Following the presentation, attendees enjoyed a lively networking session with members from the various European chambers in attendance, and took home a goody bag graciously provided by our hosts.

We look forward to the next installment in this series and thank our fellow chambers and attendees for yet another fantastic night.
