On Wednesday 15th July, the IJCC held a webinar titled "The future of Irish food, drink and agriculture in Japan".

Mr. Martin Ryan, Agriculture Counsellor at the Embassy of Ireland to Japan and Mr. Joe Moore, Market Manager - Japan and Korea at Bord Bia, The Irish Food Board gave their insights on how they see the market for Irish food, drink and agriculture products developing in Japan and the role their organizations will play in growing this sector.

Moderated by IJCC Director and Marketing Manager at Whisk-e Ltd Sarah Hickey, the guest speakers informed attendees about the two organisations and their role in helping Irish and Japanese companies develop their businesses in the Japanese market.

During the Q&A session, Joe and Martin shared their view on the impact of COVID-19, discussed Ireland's unique food quality programs and shared their views on the challenges and opportunities going forward.

7月15日（水）、当会議所は第3回目のウェビナー"The future of Irish food, drink and agriculture in Japan"を開催いたしました。

駐日アイルランド大使館・農業参事官のMartin Ryan氏とBord Bia Irish Food Board・マーケットマネジャーのJoe Moore氏を迎え、アイルランド産食物・飲料・農産物の市場における昨今のトレンドや動向についてお話をいただきました。また、この成長しつつある市場において、Martin氏・Joe氏がどのような役割を担っているかについてもお話をいただきました。

IJCC理事及びWhisk-e Ltd.マーケティングマネジャーの Sarah Hickeyによる司会進行のもと、お二方の所属する駐日アイルランド大使館・Bord Biaに関するお話や、日本市場においてどのように日愛両国の企業をサポートしているか、両者の視点から語って頂きました。

またQ&Aセッションでは、COVID-19が今後どのような影響を与え得るかRyan氏・Joe氏各々の見解を共有いただいた他、アイルランド産食物の利点である品質についても触れながら、今後の展望についてもシェアいただきました。
