Welcome Japan GAA to the Chamber
The IJCC is delighted to welcome the Japan Gaelic Athletic Association (Japan GAA) as our newest NPO member.
Commenting on the decision to join the IJCC, Japan GAA shared:
We are excited to join the IJCC and look forward to working together. We hope this can help to grow the club in order to spread awareness of Gaelic games to local Japanese communities and international players.
Japan GAA is a non-profit volunteer organisation devoted to promoting international friendship and understanding in Japan and Asia, primarily through participation in Gaelic sports and Irish culture. While the majority of our members are from Ireland and Japan, we have also been represented by players from many other countries over the years. As well as training sessions and other events throughout the year, we hold an International Sports Day every year in Spring and send teams abroad to the Asian Gaelic Games tournament every fall.
You can learn more about Japan GAA below and follow them on SNS to stay up-to-date on their upcoming events.
