The Japan Market Expansion Competition (JMEC) is a business training program in Japan designed to foster the development of foreign businesses (project clients) in Japan while strengthening the business skills of up-and-coming executives (participants). 

JMEC is supported by the IJCC and 17 other Chambers of Commerce in Japan and has been offering the program for the past 26 years.

Irish Funds Tokyo Webinar takes place online on 27 April 2021 at 2 pm JST. 

The welcome address will be from the Tanaiste Leo Varadkar, with keynotes by Pat Lardner of Irish Funds and Mr Kengo Noguchi of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Limited. The Ambassador of Ireland to Japan, H.E. Paul Kavanagh, will also give his welcome remarks.

The objective of the Irish Funds Industry Association (Irish Funds) is to support, complement and develop the funds industry in Ireland.
